When you place an order, our system automatically pulls fresh data from four sources: ABS visitor statistics, Inside Airbnb occupancy and pricing data, Tourism Research Australia data, and Google Trends. This data is passed to Claude AI (Anthropic's AI model) which writes a structured 9-section market analysis tailored to your region, property type, and quarter. The report is then formatted as a professional PDF and emailed to you — usually within 3 to 5 minutes of payment.

We use four primary data sources: the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) for regional visitor and overnight stay data; Inside Airbnb for occupancy rates, average daily rates, and listing counts; Tourism Research Australia for national and state-level tourism flows; and Google Trends for 12-month demand seasonality signals. All data covers the 2024-2025 period and is updated to reflect Q1 2026 market conditions.

Most reports are delivered within 3 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, particularly during periods of high demand, it may take up to 10 minutes. You'll receive an email with a secure download link that remains valid for 48 hours.

ABS and Tourism Research Australia data is updated on their standard release schedules. Google Trends is queried in real time for each report.

Reports are generated at the state/territory and accommodation type level, with suburb-level breakdowns included in the report's Section 7 (Location Intelligence). This section ranks top-performing neighbourhoods in your region by estimated monthly revenue. If you need highly localised data for a specific suburb, we recommend selecting your region and the report will include the best available suburb-level data from Inside Airbnb.

If your report failed to generate correctly or you received a clearly incorrect report, please email us at noreply@aussistay-insights.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly. As our reports are generated and delivered digitally upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we take report quality seriously and will work to resolve genuine issues.

We collect your name, email address, and property details solely to generate and deliver your report. If you request a free snapshot, your email is used to send the PDF. We do not sell your data to third parties or send unsolicited marketing emails. Your information is stored securely and used only for report delivery and order management.
